Head of Product and Design for a fast growing startup that built and manages the standard for NFTs on the Solana blockchain.


Facebook Reality Labs (Oculus)

Design manager leading a team exploring new ways people will control their experiences in virtual reality in the future.


FB Profile  

Filled FB Director Lead Role for most of my time on Profile.  Drove changes that no other design leader had been able to accomplish.  Shipped entire design overhaul on Desktop & Apps.  Supported top priority company initiatives.  Managed teams in multiple locations.



FB Augmented Reality

Created & led the very first FB AR Summit, bringing together everyone working on augmented reality at FB (and parts of Oculus) for a two day event to share roadmaps, insights and learnings, network across teams, and brainstorm new concepts.



FB Ads  

Solo designer on team responsible for $4 Billion (22%) of FB Revenue in 2015.  Also supported six other teams ship in one quarter, keeping Seattle office delivering on goals.



Amazon  

Identified and drove design updates that doubled revenue in key part of the business (Clothing, Shoes & Jewelry).  Consolidated and streamlined navigation across all entities globally, and improved browse experience (new patterns organically adopted by teams across org).



A&F

Designed top fortune 500 Mobile commerce site.  In two years did massive overhaul of four brand sites, desktop & mobile, globally.  Led UX design and research.



Agency

Designed global info arch redesign for the biggest haircare brands in the world (Pantene, Herbal Essences), merging 36 different global websites into one template.
